About Tamla by Sputnes clothes
Each garment is unique and sewn by me or my mother. All turbans are sewn entirely by hand and the remaining products are a mixture of machine sewing and hand sewing.
Pictures cannot guarantee to reproduce the exact appearance of the garment. Color reproduction may differ between different screens and patterns may vary in placement.
When ordering tailor-made garments, I reserve the right that all fabrics may not be left or enough for all garments, in this case I will notify you of this and we will find a solution.
Cards - You can pay by card according to your order confirmation and I need your payment before I send your order. For order jobs, the order is only started when payment has been received.
Klarna - You can pay with clear immediately, after 14 days or with a partial payment account.
I deliver all goods with Postnord. Your order is normally sent 1-4 days after payment is received. At high load, the delivery time can be longer, in this case I inform the buyer about this. Shipping will be added with SEK 39. For orders over SEK 500, I offer free shipping.
Uncollected goods at the post office are returned to me. For all packages that are not redeemed, I reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 150.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. This means that if you buy an item via the Internet, you have the opportunity to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item.
Please note, however, that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially made according to the consumer's instructions or that have a clear personal touch, which applies to all goods and garments that are sewn to order.
I will, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day I received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
If you are dissatisfied with your product
In case of complaints or dissatisfaction, I ask you to contact Tamla by Sputnes via e-mail email@example.com and I will find a solution to the problem and make sure you are satisfied.
For Tamla by Sputnes, the customer's personal integrity is important. The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new EU regulation that is coming into force throughout the EU on May 25, 2018 and replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL).
GDPR means that the requirements for how companies, organizations and authorities may process your personal data become stricter. The new law means that you as a customer, among other things. has the right to know what personal data companies, organizations and authorities have stored about you, for example names and contact information or your purchase history. You also have the right to request that all your personal data be deleted.
When you as a customer place an order with Tamla by Sputnes, you give your consent for your order and address information such as name, address and e-mail address to be stored. The information is needed to be able to handle your order and administer the purchase. Tamla by Sputnes does not share your personal information with third parties other than what is needed to handle your order, the shipping company needs your address, for example. The Accounting Act says that we must save your contact information for at least 7 years, these are saved in an accounting program.
If you send pictures to Tamla by Sputnes when the garments are used, you will have to approve separately that the picture is used on Tamla by Sputnes' social media. If you then want the image removed, please contact me as below.
